Rise Rooted was born from the knowing that when women reclaim safety in their bodies, they reclaim the rhythm of life itself. This work is not only about personal transformation - it is about restoring the natural intelligence that allows us to live, lead, and love from grounded wholeness.

Rise Rooted began as a response to the quiet ache so many women carry - the sense of being disconnected from their own bodies while holding so much for everyone else.

When we repair safety at a nervous system level, we remember our right to rest, to receive, and to move at the pace of our own truth.

Hello ~ I'm Cassandra

I have spent the past decade exploring how we reclaim connection, presence, and peace - without needing to escape our life to find it.

Before founding Rise Rooted, I spent years leading teams and managing high-level creative projects. I have run a fashion photography studio in Central London for a major UK retailer, carried on to overseeing international video productions, to coordinating online educational programmes, and delivering large-scale projects for purpose-driven brands.

And prior to that, in 2012, I experienced a major health crisis where my body had completely shut down - this is where my path began.

This means alongside embodied transformation, and years of certified trainings, hours of facilitating - I also bring strategic understanding - helping you do more than dream of your next chapter, but fully step into it.

Weekly embodied sessions

Join Cassandra live each week for a practice led session that helps your nervous system build elasticity - the ability to move between states with more ease and a deeper sense of safety. You will be guided through somatic practices and gentle nervous system resets, with optional space for reflection. Sharing is always welcome, never required.

What if my nervous system feels too much, too fast, or easily overwhelmed? +

This is one of the most common experiences women bring into the Reset. The practices are built with sensitivity in mind, helping your system slow down, stabilise, and find steady ground without pushing or forcing.

You will learn how to meet activation early, soothe overwhelm, and feel genuinely safe inside your body again.

I have tried so many tools before. What makes this different? +

Many tools focus on the mind, willpower, or quick fixes. This work shifts change into the body, where patterns actually live.

Instead of trying to think differently, you learn to feel differently, respond differently, and create natural change through your nervous system rather than effort or force.

Will this help with burnout, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion? +

Yes. You will learn how to recognise early signals, break stress cycles, and regulate before overwhelm takes over.

For many women, this is the first time they feel resourced, clear, and able to breathe again without collapsing or powering through.

I struggle with rest. Will I be able to do this without shutting down? +

Absolutely. Rest is a skill, not a personality trait. You will learn to downshift safely, without dropping into collapse or freeze.

We work gently with your system to build the capacity for slowing down, so rest becomes supportive rather than overwhelming.

I am sensitive, neurodivergent, or have a trauma history. Is this safe? +

Yes. The work is paced, gentle, and grounded in the principles of nervous system safety.

You will learn how to honour your capacity, listen to your cues, and regulate without overriding or reactivating old patterns.

What if I fear change but also know I need it? +

This is completely normal. Fear shows up when your system does not yet recognise change as safe.

This course builds safety first, so change feels possible, grounded, and held, rather than shocking or destabilising.

How do I know this will create long-term transformation? +

You are not just learning tools, you are rewiring patterns at the level of the nervous system.

Research that Roots our Work

Each pillar of Rise Rooted is grounded in peer reviewed evidence, then translated into embodied practice.

Science

A 2025 meta analysis of 17 trials found that mind body exercise produced a substantial reduction in anxiety symptoms among women.

Programmes that combined movement, breath and mindful focus were most effective for easing anxiety, with benefits seen across different ages and life stages.

Rise Rooted cares because this confirms that nervous system led movement is not a luxury. It is a precise intervention for reducing anxiety, restoring clarity and rebuilding sustainable energy.

Soul

2025 research reframes women’s intuition as attunement – a biologically grounded capacity to sense and integrate inner and relational signals.

The paper shows how trauma and chronic stress can dull this attunement, and how restoring regulation and connection can re awaken intuitive knowing, empathy and relational presence.

Rise Rooted cares because what we call soul work is also nervous system work. When the body is regulated, intuition is no longer a whisper under static. It becomes a clear inner signal women can trust in leadership and in life.

A 2025 physiology study found that drinking cold water rapidly shifted autonomic balance in young women, co activating both sympathetic and parasympathetic branches.
